Verified Reviews
Every review on Resavi must come from a verified Kenyan user who has genuinely visited the business. We use a combination of mobile number verification via Safaricom, Airtel, or Telkom and AI-assisted fraud detection to flag suspicious patterns.

Secure Payments
All transactions on Resavi β including M-Pesa table deposits and in-app purchases β are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. We never store your M-Pesa PIN or financial credentials.

Business Accountability
Businesses listed on Resavi must provide valid Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) PIN numbers and business registration certificates. We conduct periodic audits to ensure listings remain accurate.

Reporting & Moderation
Any user can report a review, business, or user for violating our guidelines. Our dedicated Trust & Safety team in Nairobi reviews every report within 24 hours.

Child Safety
Resavi strictly prohibits content that could endanger children. We comply fully with Kenya's Children Act 2022 and cooperate with law enforcement on any related investigations.
