Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link. If you originally signed up with Google, sign in with Google instead — there's no separate Resavi password to reset.

How do I book an appointment?

Open a business profile and look for the booking option — you'll pick a service, date, and time (or submit a request, if the business reviews bookings manually). You'll get a confirmation once the business accepts.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Go to Account → Bookings, find the booking, and use the cancel or reschedule option. Each business sets its own cancellation policy, shown before you confirm.

Do I need to pay anything upfront to book?

It depends on the business — some require a deposit to secure your slot (via M-Pesa or card), others don't take payment until you arrive. Any required deposit is shown clearly before you confirm.

Businesses that don't offer instant booking review requests manually and usually respond within 24 hours — you'll get a notification either way. If you don't hear back, message the business from their profile or contact us.
